Jennifer partners with executives and high-potential leaders who have achieved professional success but still search for fulfillment.
Jennifer is an avid baker, active boy mom, and British TV junkie.

Leadership and Executive Coach
A leader and coach with over 25 years of experience in leading teams and creating learning and development as well as leadership development programs for Technology, Automation, Financial Services, Insurance, and Consumer Goods. Most recently, Anne led the Learning and Development team at Fidelity Investments for six years, where she supported both leaders and technologists.
Anne earned her MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, completed her coaching training with Coach U, holds an ACC Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation, and is recognized as an Accredited Team Coach by EMCC Global.
Anne is a loyal Buffalo Bills fan and avid tennis player.
